Elaina Wells is one of our specialty groomers at Hairy Situations who boasts 12 years of experience in the industry. She brings a wealth of not only expertise, but compassion to her work with animals. Mrs. Wells is proficient in all aspects of the art of grooming-she has instructed, competed and specialized in all areas of the grooming competencies. She is a certified master groomer who has successfully competed with Terriers, Non-Sporting, Sporting and mixed breeds groups in specialty show grooming competitions up and down the East Coast.
Elaina especially enjoys working with puppies, large breed dogs and rescued animals to assist in their rehabilitation process. She is known to provide that "extra" special touch to everything she does.
Mrs. Wells resides in Northern Virginia with in her husband, young daughter and Rottweiler, Nala.

Aimee is our resident veteran of everything involving the caring and training of pets. You may recognize her, as she is the smile that greets all of our loyal clients. Additionally, Aimee manages and performs the bathing and finishing touches of the grooming process. She has a calm soothing presence that all of our clients- both human and canine seem to appreciate.
Aimee has extensive experience with both dogs and horses. Growing up on a ranch that breed Whippets and show horses, she was constantly involved in the care, training and love of the animals she was surrounded by. Aimee competed and excelled in horse shows for seven years as well as, canine agility, rally-o, obedience, and terrier trials. She has provided both obedience and behavioral training for several years. And for several years worked as a veterinarian assistant-and is very knowledgeable in basic medical issues/concerns with pets. Aimee is actively involved with dog rescue and contributes many hours to the placement and rehab of these very deserving pets.
Aimee resides in Sterling, Virginia with her four dogs-Susie, Fee, Bonnie, and Five.
