In order to provide our clients with quality service, we schedule appointments based on your pet's breed, size, coat condition, temperament, and individual needs.
Upon dropping your pet off, you will have a consultation with your groomer regarding your style request and any additional information regarding your pet that will help ensure it's experience with us is pleasurable.
♥ Pets are dropped off between 8am and 10am. (You must make a specific appointment time, example: 8:30 9:00)
It is important that you arrive on time for your appointment so that our team can provide the necessary time for each individual pet.
Please keep in mind, when scheduling an appointment, our groomers are paid on commission. If you cannot make a scheduled appointment, please be kind and give us a call so that your appointment slot can be re-scheduled.
