To Our Wonderful Clients,
I would like to inform our clients that we are working very hard on trying to expand our facility. It has been a surprise and a blessing that our company has grown so fast in such a short amount of time. Unfortunately, as a result of such a high demand for our services, it has become difficult for you, our wonderful clients, to get appointments as soon as you would like. We absolutely hate the thought of our clients going elsewhere, every single one of you mean the world to us.
I am taking this opportunity to let everyone know that I am working diligently on these "growing pains" and intend on making our facility bigger and better to accommodate everyone. We have just hired another groomer to begin with.
As a reminder, the holidays are approaching and it would be a good idea to schedule your appointments in advance, as soon as possible. All of us here at Hairy Situations cannot thank you enough for your loyalty, support and patience.
